Order of business:
Wes Murray (Hampshire-Franklin Council) brought up the fact that his local council is interested in determining to what extent a local Order of the Arrow Lodge would benefit the camping program in the Council. A brief discussion followed.
Charles Lincoln enlisted the aid of several pledges and members who were willing to serve on committee to handle the project of developing a book exchange for the following semester, and a meeting date for the committee was arranged.
The deadline for turning and pledge fees was set as the net chapter meeting was agreed would be January 21, at 6 p.m., and French hall
It was decided that they would be one chapter meeting each two weeks, when meeting a month to be formal, the other informal. First types of entertainment for formal meetings were discussed, including movies on which a camping. An informal meeting of the office is present, it was agreed that chap supplies would be sold slightly in advance of cost.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
